The standard Cosmic™ Spinal System has a 3/16” Polar White LDPE shell. A Cosmic™ Lite option is available with a 1/8" Natural LDPE shell. Other options include anterior thoracic extension (ATE), scapular thoracic extension (STE), STE strap set, corset and replacement liners.
