Effective November 1, 2020, the A-Flex Helmet will no longer be available from Orthomerica as the plastics manufacturer has discontinued making these thermoplastics. The A-Flex helmet will be replaced with the new A-Flex Plus protective headgear.
Key benefits of the A-Flex Plus include:
- An adjustable two-piece prefabricated orthosis
- Fabricated from a flexible plastic making it easier to don/doff
- Ventilation holes to improve circulation
- Can be easily trimmed without the need for complex
equipment/tools - Available in white and blue colors for both pediatric and adult sizes
