Everybody is anxious about the safety of their families, employees, patients and business partners as the world wrestles with curtailing the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, as are we. We assure you that Orthomerica shares your concerns and we have implemented extraordinary measures to maintain healthy workplaces as well as a business continuity plan to minimize disruptions to our ability to serve our customers and business partners.

Orthomerica remains open for business. To date, we have not had any reported cases of COVID-19 within the Orlando facility but we are fully prepared for that possibility. We will keep open as long as the freight carriers continue to ship packages, we encounter no workforce disruptions and the state/local governments don’t shut us down due to a major outbreak.

In the event of a shutdown, we will activate our emergency response system that we use for named natural disasters. This system will include voice and email accounts/options that will be monitored. Emergency calls will be returned within 24 hours during normal business hours. We remain hopeful that we can stay open during this extraordinary period so as not to provide any service disruptions to our customers. Together, we will weather this storm.
